How long does it take to print my custom gift cards or key tags?

When Will I Receive My Gift Cards or Key Tags?
The turnaround of your gift card or key tag order delivery depends on a few factors such as how many proofs you request and the speed of shipping between us and your door. Most of our customers receive their orders within one week after the approval of the initial proof, which is within 24 hours of submitting your artwork.
Understanding the Ordering & Fulfillment Process
There are a few ways you can submit your order. You can use our online instant quote system for the product you’re interested in simply by browsing our products. Or, you can send us your order by emailing sales@plasticresource.com or by calling us at 833-290-5684.
If you choose to order via email or phone, make sure you have the following information:
- Type of card or key tag and the quantity you wish to order
- Your artwork, logo and any design specifications
- Numbering or encoding instructions
- Your shipping name and address
After placing your order, you’ll receive a proof for your approval within 24 hours. Once approved, we start producing your gift cards or key tags. The first revision of your gift card or key tag is completely free. If you need further edits, a $25 fee will apply for each additional revision.
After the production of your gift cards or key tags is complete, standard CMYK, key tag and carrier orders of 5,000 or less ship in 4-6 business days from proof approval. Specialty orders, including die-cut designs of more than 5,000, ship within 15 days of proof approval.
Finally, you’ll receive an invoice and a UPS tracking number once your order has officially shipped from Plastic Resource.
